I have Windows XP with SP2.

The toolbar (or it may be called the taskbar -- the bar with Start on stage
right and the clock on stage left -- was horizontal on the bottom (it was
that way since the beginning). Now that bar is on the right side (as you
look at it) and vertical. As far as I know, I didn't do anything -- at least
on purpose. How would I return that bar to the bottom of the desktop?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

Right click inside the task bar , to see if it`s unlocked , left click
on an empty space inside task bar and drag it to the bottom . Right
click and *lock* the taskbar .
