Desktop webpage config

I've just finish tweaking my web page so that it fits my
desktop without the white borders, but now when I switch
to the web site for wallpaper the icon names get a white
box around them. If I use imgs the box is removed and
the space surrounding the words is transparent. Is there
any way to get rid of the white box and make the icon
names transparent?
 
No, when you use active web content on the Desktop, the border will appear
around the icon text.
