My computer is not able to boot...a system error pops up
and then the computer reboots and repeats itself...same
system error keeps showing up???
The system error states:
When trying to update a password, the return status
indicates that the value provided as the correct password
is not correct.

Is it a bootleg copy of XP?If not put in your XP disk
and do a repair install choose r when the disk runs.If it
came preloaded pump the F10 key at startup and choose
nondestructive restore.Have you tried to boot into safe
mode? pump the F8 key at bootup? Then choose
administrator and restore to a previous date that
worked,or from the safe mode choose last known good
configuration.
