Desktop Tab Missing from Display Properties

I've got the same problem as described in the link above... but in XP-Home,
has
anyone got a fix for this?

There are atleast two possibilities for the problem:

1. ClassicShell is enabled
2. NoDispBackgroundPage policy set

For Case 1: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/singleclickfolder.htm (ignore the title)

For case 2: Remove the "NoDispBackgroundPage" value

Edited the registry as per Case 1, Item 1... and it's back to normal.
