Desktop; start buttom, programs-not enough room to see all

after clicking "Start" then "Program" on the desktop I
have so many programs that I can not see all of them. I
believe I have 4 columns of programs on this screen. I
have search and search and can not find the option to
change it so the display shows more than 2 columns
of; "Start", "Programs", but I can see a glimpse of more.

Please advise.
 
Hi Michael,

Right click the Start Button/Properties/Customize/Advanced/Scroll Programs.
Other than that re-organize them via Explore All Users.
