can not see all programs

I install a lot of programs in my desktop. The problem is whenever I go to my
all program the pannel not able to show alls program I have because it can
not contain all of program entries. How do I get all programs entries shown?
I am able to do that by setting up monitor solution is high so all things
will be small enough into a screen to see. Thank you for any helps

The program list is just a list of shortcuts compiled from two directories.
Right click start and select explore all users. Open the programs folder and
create folders for groups of programs and move the shortcuts for the
individual programs accordingly. Then do it again, except select explore to
arrange shortcuts
that apply only to your user account.
