This morning when I turned my computer on it said there
was an error so sent it to microsoft. It said I needed to
download NVIDIA Desktop manager.. I did it.. Now the
desktop is all over to the right with black on the right
about an inch or more.. I changed refresh setting lower
and got the screen back.. But the quality was terrible and
flashed to much.. I cannot seem to get it back to the
right quality and full screen at the same time.. Help..

Is your video adapter from nvidia or nvidia based?

If so, you can go to nvidia's site, download/install the latest driver.

If you don't have an nvidia based video adapter, you should install the
driver appropriate to your video adapter [i.e., Matrox, ATI, etc].

Post again if that doesn't fix the problem.
