Right click on Desktop and then select Properties
Go to Settings Tab
Select Advanced
At this point do you see a Tab for your Graphics Card for example GeForce 2
MX/MX
Click on the Graphics Card Tab, you will most likely see quite a few options
including Rotate Screen.
