DESKTOP QUESTION PLEASE HELP

I have a problem with my desktop; it lies at this. The
top of what would be my screen is at the bottom, just the
top tool bar with the escape, minimize, etc. There is a
big black gap between the what would be top section and
what would be bottom. I cannot simply drag my mouse
down, I must put the curser past the top, and then it
appears at the bottom. I can still do everything, but I
would like it bakc the original way. I'm not sure how it
started, but it did start today when I turned my computer
on. Can anyone help me??????????????????????? Please
please please email me!!!!!!!!!

I think this a 'Hold' problem with your monitor, Tom.

Dig out the handbook and check on how to reset it. Reloading its driver
might help.
