desktop>properties?themes and nothing else

Using xp home and when I right click my desktop>properties, you expect a few
tag such as themes. desktop, screensavers, appearance, setting.
However, I am getting only the themes tag and not the others. How can I get
back to normal. thanks

If Display tabs are missing, run MVP Kelly Theriot's registry edit on
line 285, right-hand side "Restore all display tabs".
