Can anyone help with a small problem of notepad opening
up when I switch on my Dell Inspiron laptop with
desktop.ini loaded. The following contents being
displayed?

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-
21787

I close down notepad and all is well. It has only started
to do this recently.

I am using Windows XP home.
