Eclipse
Hi all,
Here is my problem. I have just bought a laptop with XP Home on it, set it
up (using the new user setup which comes with the system) and I created 3
login accounts.
The primary login is fine but when i go into the other logins (tried logging
out and logging in as well as switching users) i get the desktop.ini file
appear (is in the new user startup folder) which i believe i can solve
following the microsoft site info, but my problem is everytime i right click
on a desktop icon or goto START / MY COMPUTER and right click (I want to
select APPEAR ON DESKTOP) the screen refreshes like i just turned the laptop
on (all icons back to normal positions, quick launch is disabled, etc..) and
just noticed that if i press delete it also does the same thing.
Anyone got any idea's what could be causing this - the primary login account
has no problems like this its when i create a new login account (yes i have
tried to create a totally new account and it does the same)
I am running Windows XP Home.
Any idea's or suggestions would be grateful please.
Thanks,
Neil
