desktop help

Hi, on the desktop when i get properties up, I used to get ....... DISPLAY
PROPERTIES..... and there was........
THEMES/DESKTOP/SCREENSAVER/APPERANCE/SETTINGS.....
Now I only get ....... SCREENSAVER/SETTINGS...........
How can I get the other things back?
Please help....Thank you
