Desktop Errors - 2003 Winlogon exe

I am currently running Windows XP Home Ed (which I upgraded from ME). XP
was running fine for 6 weeks of better. I may have accidentally deleted some
files when running McAfee Virus Scan. I can no longer log onto email and
there are several online courses that I can't access. I received the
following three error messages when the desktop appears:

1). "Could not load or run C:/WINDOWS/inet/2003/winlogonexe. specified in
the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the
reference to in the registry."

2). "Windows cant find C/WINDOWS/inet/2003/winlogon.exe. Make sure you
typed the mane correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click
the Start button, and then search."

3). "Run DLL - Error loading Ocw803ec.dll. The specified module could not
be found."

Thanks - a desperate student
