DESKTOP BACKGROUND

Is there a way to set it up so that everytime I start WINDOWS XP, it starts
with a different background image? I don't want it to change it every few
seconds or minutes. I want my computer to randomly select a background image
everytime windows starts. Is this possible, if so how do you do it?

http://www.webshots.com can do it in hourly increments upto 24.
