Desktop background

Hi

I'm using Windows XP and have selected an image to be used as my desktop
background. No matter what picture I select, the desktop view is enlarged.

Is there a special setting I need to adjust.
All other icons, and displays seem to be OK

In the Desktop tab of Display Properties, find the drop-down list for
Position. Change it to Center. This will display your background image
at its original size in the center of your desktop.
