I am pretty much a novice and have not acted on info. in other posts on this
issue. Same problem. List is fine. Apply command is fine. Cannot preview
JPEG's. Have checked all 31 files supplied. Moved 'em out and moved 'em back
again. Personal piccies that worked before, will not preview now. The 11
supplied BMP's are fine.
JPEG's only appear in the "mini-screen" when "Apply" is clicked. Not a major
problem, just very annoying! Advice anyone? Is there a standard fix?

Hi, Ramesh,

Thanks for the reply. Tried your fix but got a message "Windows cannot find
REGSVR32/iSHELL32.DLL. make sure you typed the name correctly...." etc.

Tried all three commands (checking all spellings). Same message each time.

Hi, Tom,

What you see is what I typed. What spacing should I use? Have I boobed?

I'd say so, go back to the kink he provided, and make note of the spacing e.g.

REGSVR32 /i SHELL32.DLL

See the spacing between the "2" and the "/" as well as the "i" and the "s".

The "kink", Tom ? See, your doing it now!
I'll try that, link, that is. Don't fancy kink ! Each to his own, I suppose.

Oh joy, oh joy! Success. I did say I was a novice. Many, many thanks. Hope
you had a good laugh at my expense ! Something learned already. My
brother-in-law has a Masters Degree in Computing. I don't think I'll tell him
what I did!

Out of interest, what could have caused this fault (the JPEG not the
spelling error!)?

Just replied to my own post and got an error message (don't laugh)!
Success! Preview o.k. again. Many, many thanks guys. Much appreciated. Hope
I gave you entertainment value!

Out of interest, what causes this fault (the JPEG issue not the spelling or
reply errors!)?

You're welcome!
