desk top task bar

my task bar got moved to the top of the page some how, it is unlocked but i
still can't drag it to the bottom. can any one help?
 
Try grabbing it at the bottom left end as close to the edge of the screen as
possible and pull down along the side. Not sure, but I hope that helps.

put your curser in the task bar. right click. if there is a check
mark next to "Lock the Taskbar," uncheck it. you should now be able to
drag it around at will
