Desk top display

Had a small flag from picture on top of palm tree on the
Azul display. For some reason flag has reverted to an
outlined square with the red x in the upper left corner.
How do I get my flag display back---can't recall how I
put it there in the ist place.
thnx>
 
do you know where you got the image from? I think this
must be an active desktop item, which no longer has
access to the image.
