Hi,
After submitting the test logs for a device category,
and if my device passes , when will I be able to get a
logo for the device.I need to add the logo to product
brochures.

Yes, after your product has passed testing you have the opportunity to
license (at no additional charge) the Designed for Windows Logo for use in
conjunction with your Logo'd product and to have the product listed on the
windows catalog.

This is done by accepting the necessary agreements on the Winqual Website
after you receive notification that your product has passed testing

You will also receive a digital signature for your passing driver.
