designated calendar view

We would like to designate specific rooms on our calendar. The only wa
I know to do this is to create an all day event that reoccurs daily an
mark "SPECIAL USE" in the subject line. Is there an easier way to d
this, perhaps from the server? I'm not looking to restrict users, onl
an effective method to let them be aware of it's purpose

Is there any reason why you can't just create such an event the normal way?
I must be missing something about what you're trying to accomplish here.
