Calendar Permissions

I have a user that wants to share his Outlook 2003 calendar with other
coworkers. He wants his coworkers to be able to view only the subject line
of his calendar items. He doesn't want them to be able to open and read the
details of each calendar item. Currently, we are able to set "Read Only"
permissions. However, this allows his coworkers the ability to open the
meeting/appointment/event and read more details about it. He doesn't want
that. We have also tried setting his calendar items as "Private". When you
do this, the subject line says something general like "Private Item". It
doesn't give you the acutal subject line. Is there a way for him to be able
to set calendar permissions for his coworkers to only be able to read the
subject line of his calendar items? Let me know if you need more
information.
