Custom permissions in Outlook calendar. Pls help.

Hi,

I have an odd requirement from one of our Exec members wherein he wants few
of his delegates to only have an ability to "view" calendar schedule
information from top; but they should not be able to double-click an item and
open it. How is this possible ?

I can mark it as Private. But then it will not even show the Subject in
calendar.

Any ideas much appreciated.

You cannot make the Subject field a different level of access to the rest of
the appointment.
