Deny access to 3rd party intranet

I am running IE6/SP1 and am unable to login to a site from
my PC. I am able to log into from other PCs, so it's not
a login issue. After entering my username/password, it
returns me to the login screen.

Other PCs are using IE5, cipher 56 or 128.
