A young friend of mine Natasha has had loads of problems with her PC,
culminating with the total loss of her SYS32 Folder. This machine is used by 4
different people in the house. The pc took over 6 minutes to start up, I
removed loads of junk from it but that did not improve matters, so we decided
to fit another Hard drive as Master and make hers a slave.
That worked ok. On what is now her E drive she has 3 folders which contain
all her pics, books and other bits and pieces, the folder is just called
"Natasha", 2 other folders are Natasha1 and Natasha2.
The Natasha folder will not allow her access, it just says "ACCESS DENIED"
each time she clicks on it, the other 2 open normally, also the properties
for each folder are the same.
I have to say that she did occasionally have this problem when this drive
was the master.
Is there a way to get access so she can transfer the info somewhere else?
Thanks in advance
