Just got a new laptop from dell.
Everything is working fine but i have a question.
Do laptop have a volume number on them. I have to lower my sound on windows.
Plus when trying to get the laptop on the first time i rang dell helpline.
The laptop came with crap information and nothing about how to work the thing. Everything about the pc ,harddrive,batt,etc is install on the harddrive(Very poor)
After about 20 mins on the phone the pc came on. I could not belive the guy on the helpline saying to un screw the laptop to get at the harddrive. To test it the power.
The on/off switch on it is made from poor plastic.
All i got was aol disc,2 more net disc.2 Back up disc for windows xp.
