Dell Installer

Hi I just installed MS spyware for th 4th time I have a
Dell windows xp service pack 2 Installed with a clean boot
When I try to access the spyware a get a windows
installer box (Backup Dell Programs) After closing out
these pop up boxes several times the spyware starts
2.When my wife logs on ms spyware pops up unknown error
Shutting Down. this does not happen when I log on
where both administrators under the user profile
any helph with these two issues.

first issue takin care of from a previous post abut the
Dell backup
Just find the dell backup disk and insert it hit ok and
this solves the problem with the windows installer poping
up

Terrific--thanks for reading and finding a solution.

I don't have a solution for problem 2--I do wonder what would happen if you
did a repair under your wifes login (add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, update), but I don't have high hopes.
