You can probably look it up in the BIOS or you can go Display
properties>Advanced.

It has 0 MB of on-board graphics memory. It instead uses a small amount of
your main system RAM, thus slowing down your computer, while offering very
limited graphics processing power.

Rage IIC is a rather old chipset that usually had EDO memory
onboard, 512MB per chip, so the OP could just count the
number of chips, OR it's in Display Properties or for
something that old it's probably also in the properties for
it in Device Manager (if Windows OS).
