Delivery Options

Using delivery options - do not delivery before a certain
time or date - message goes in out box until that date of
delivery. Later that message shows sent - but person
receiving email does not get it. Does this feature not
work? Why does it go?
 
It may not be the delivery feature giving you the
problem. Can you send emails to this person the regular
way?
