Can you as administrator delete the %temp% files for all users? If so, how? I logged in to
a limited acct to do Start/Run/%temp% to remove the files and it would not allow access.

Thanks,

Hi,

Follow this path of each <user name>. The Local Settings folder is
hidden folder.

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp

To view hidden files and folders:
1. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
3. On the View tab, click "Show hidden files and folders".
4. Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types".
