Deleting Outlook Express Stationery

I deleted some unwanted stationery in O.E. and it still lists under stationery in the Create Mail drop down menu though obviously I can't use it, getting a message saying "windows is unable to create this stationery". It's annoying having to scroll through all the deleted ones - is there any way I can get rid of them from this list permanently?
 
Hi,

Go to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery. Right
click, delete.
