I am using windows Xp with service pack 2 installed from the MS disc.

When i try and use outlook stationery selection for my email, it shows in
the compose window when i write email. However......no one gets to see it
because it does not show up as staionery.....just plain white background.

I have tried creating my own using the create stationery wizard and have
been successfull but once again, no one sees it. I have send both the MS and
my own staionery that i created to my own email account and the same thing
happens. . ..no staionery selection shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is more than frustrating......it is becoming
annoying..............could some kind soul out there in never - never land
help out this retired person fix this issue?...............I want to use
small pictures of my grandkids as stationery for emailing Christmas greetings.

Thank you

Create the email using the stationery and then send it to *yourself*. See
if it comes in with the stationery or with white background. A lot of the
time it is the receiver and their email product, but sometimes it is how you
have your Outlook settings.
Posting to an OUTLOOK newsgroup (microsoft.public.outlook) might be a
better scenario for attaining assistance.

Do you have HTML enabled, in Outlook Express? It is needed, to support
stationery. I think the default security settings turn it off, because
using it, can allow malicious code to be descised in email messages.

with these words:

Sorry that I missed that part of your post. I would gladly assist if I used
Oultook more than just at work. Hopefully an Outlook newsgroup will have a
better answer for you. Best of luck
