deleting original message when answering email

I can't figure out how to automatically delete the body of the email message
I'm replying to in Vista Windows Mail as I did in Outlook Express. I thought
there was a setting that did that. I know how to delete it, but I thought in
Outlook Express there was a setting that you could check that automatically
removed the previous email from the body of your reply before your reply was
sent? Am I dreaming?
 
Open your mail, go to tools/under the send tab you will find an option: "
Include message in reply" just uncheck it.

This should fix the problem.
