Deleting one of dual XP installations

How do I delete one of two XP installs and use the
second, good installation? The original Xp system was
damaged by power down during a frozen updating process. I
did a new XP install and named it Windows2 which works
well. Now, during bootup, I get options for choosing one
of the two OS. May I somehow delete the original faulty
OS and keep the second installation?
