Deleting Old Users

I had to re-install Windows XP on my computer, but the old users were still
on there. They show up when you explore my computer, but they are not in the
User Accounts. I tried to delete them, but some had passwords on them and I
get access denied. Also, when I know in the properties they show up as read
only.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You will need to log on as adminstrator, to allow you to delete them.
Had the same problem some time back, If I recall correctly (which I may
not)
that right click on the profile folder you wish to delete and check the user
access
rights under security may need to click a few boxes to allow yo to delete.
