Hi there

Whenever I go to delete temporary internet files in IE
using tools > options > delete files, it always crashes
the programme (just IE). The files are deleted but I have
to shut it down and start the programme again. Happens
every single time. Anyone shed any light on this?

Help is much appreciated.

Logoff all users and logon as the Administrator. Delete the TEMPORARY
INTERNET FILES folder under C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\{username} for
the user where this happens and then retry.
