Hi,
I have Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.267.2625).
Lets say I have a colleague with mail ID (e-mail address removed) . I have not added
this person to my address book but since I mail many a times a day , so
each new time that I write letters "ab" Outlook automatically prompts
me for "(e-mail address removed)". So fr so good
Now, the email address of above colleague changed to (e-mail address removed)" . I
added this entry to my Outlook address book. But if in a new mail I
write "ab" then outlook prompts me with BOTH the above listed maul
ID's.
How to delete the defunct mail ID from outlook's intelli-prompt?
Also, some times I might write mails to folks (lets say with name
"qwert" with whom my correspondence might be limited to only once in a
lifetime. But then in future if I write mails to another person having
same name "qwert" but different mail address (and s/he wold be listed
in my Adress book) then outlook offers me both the names and I would
like to get rid of the first "qwert" (who incidentally is not added to
my address book)
Note, I dont want to turn off the prompt feature
