deleting internet graphic saved to desktop

Hello..I right clicked on a graphic on the internet. I
chose "save as desktop item". It didn't leave me an
icon, but rather a graphic that I don't know how to
delete. I am running Windows xp
 
Go to start - control panel - display - desktop - customize desktop - web
and delete it here.
