deleting files

I put a second larger drive in. Can I delete the files that are now in the older smaller drive? The new drive captured C and the old drive went to F. can I delete the files if F?
 
Depends, to check disconnect the old drive, if everything works and yr sure
youve got everything off it, reconnect and format / delete whatever.
