deleting files type dll

why does the computer not let me delete the above type of
file? I get the cannot delete because disk is full,
however I have over 20gigs of free space, and the message
backs no sense sense deleting files frees up space.

john no easy way to say this but you are too stupid to

be deleting files.

sorry to tell you this i know its sounds harsh ,but
deleting dll files is insane.
