deleting files from network drives

We are seeming to have a problem deleting files from a
network drive. When we delete the file and then refresh
the file comes back and does not delete. This can be hit
or miss and does not always happen, and it happens on
several different network drives (ie: G drive, H drive, I
drive).

Has anyone seen this before or has anyone heard of this

Do you have any redirector errors?

no redirector messages, but i can only see the front end
its strange b/c it only happens on some files other files
it works properly when you delete they go away.
