Deleting Files Automatically creates a Back-up??

Trying to delete some pictures. Everything goes as it should and dumps the
photos in to the recycle bin but it then makes a copy in the folder that they
were origionally in. Can you help?

Steve, I am having the same problem (JPG's) Searching the web and MS and your
post is the only thing I've come accross.
