Deleted Items Don't go to Recycle Bin

Hello,

I had deleted everything in the Temp folder. Then I tried emptying the
Recycle bin. It said a couple files couldn't be deleted access denied.; So I
tried to restore the items, but they weren't in the Recycle Bin anymore.

Ever since then, when I delete something It doesn't go into the recycle bin,
it just deletes it.

Is there a fix for this??

Also, if you use Shift + Delete the deleted item(s) bypass the Recycle Bin.

Do you have Norton Utilities or SystemWorks?

Norton Protected Recycle Bin

Right click the Recycle Bin | Properties | Norton Protection tab
