Deleted Files don't show up in "Recycle Bin"

When I accidentally, or purposely delete some files...most of the time they
don't go to my "Recycle Bin".

Where on earth do they go? I want everything that gets deleted...to go into
my "Recycle Bin", just in case I want to restore them.

Any help with this VERY long overdo problem would be VERY much appreciated.

right click the Recycle Bin...Properties
and check the settings

Once the recycle bin is full, you will loose the feature, unless you enlarge
the amount of allowable disk space, if the limit has been reached, empty it
out to free up some disk space.

link for some freebies.. Otherwise, as Peter mentioned change the settings..
