Deleting emails in Outlook

Hi,

There is a group of emails that Outlook won't let me delete. When I try
deleting them I get this message: "The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If this problem persists, please restart Outlook."

How do I delete these emails permanently? They are personal and this is my
work computer.

This same problem occurred with a client I was working with. They use
Exchange Server with Personal Folders with Microsoft Outlook 2000. We
recreated the Outlook profile and added the same PST file to that profile and
it fixed the problem.

So just go into Mail in Control Panel, click on Show Profiles then Add a new
profile from scratch with your current settings and that should fix it.
