deleting desktop wallpaper

ok.....somehow when i saved pictures to my computer, they
all went in my desktop display area for wallpapers. I
don't know how to delete wallpapers from your desktop.
Can someone PLEASE help me! just send the answer to my
email (e-mail address removed) thanks!
