Deleting contacts in Windows Mail

Yesterday I received an email from a company we do business with. It auto
added the email to my contacts. I went into contacts and deleted her. However
now when I go to type a message to someone else in my contacts with the same
first name her email address still pops up first. Any ideas on another place
to delete this contact.
