Deleting and cleaning up harddrives

Is it OK to delete all of the folders like the one
here ....$NtUninstallQ817606_RTM$...... I assume they are
the backuo files for the Windows Update information????

There is no problem to delete these folders ; They are
there to give you the possibility to uninstall certains
WinUpdates.
