Deleting an avi. file

I am trying to delete an avi. file. When I right-click on
the file and select delete, I get the following message:
Cannot delete capture005801; it is being used by another
person or program. Close the program that might be using
the file and try again. No other program is using this
file and I need to remove from my hard drive.

Ellen Mandel on 11/07/2003 for some solutions.
