deleting an account

why does it say that windows cannot save e-mail messages,
intrenet favorites or otheer settings? Does that mean
that i have to save them manually?

Have you scanned your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus?
Try:-
Start > Run > sfc /scannow > ok
